Production Requirements
Once you have reserved an ad in Inspired Retailer, please be aware of the following guidelines. Don't hesitate to call our Production Department (800/463-9243) with questions about ad format and submission.
What To Send
- EPS, TIFF, or PDF files only
All art must be 300 dpi in CMYK color mode with fonts flattened or embedded. Please do not send Quark, InDesign, or PageMaker files.
- We also require a printed proof* of your ad. Please send it to:

*By comparing your printed proof to the digital file we receive, we can detect inconsistencies in content and design that may have arisen in transmission; we will not use the proof for crucial color matching.

Ad Templates
Make sure your ad has the correct dimensions by starting with an ad template (available for Adobe Illustrator users only). Visit our Ad Template page and download the zip file for your ad size.
